Redesign of the 20th century original iconic design, the Tolix Chair. This design re-imagines the world's favorite metal bistro chair design with the addition of a contoured wood seat which adds a layer of support and rustic styling. 

The Cafe Chair is a based on the design of Xavier Pauchard's famous Marais A Chair (aka Tolix Chair), designed in France in 1934. The original was constructed using a production process that included 100 manual tasks. 80 years later, this was built using the same techniques.
